RedeemIncentives.com / RedeemMyOffer.com / National Rebate Solutions, Inc. Complaint - Beware Incentives! Read the fine print!
PO BOX 1715, LA MESA, CALIFORNIA -- Ok, first things first. I received a $300 Gas Rebate and redeemed it at RedeemMyOffer.com in November, 2008. I got my "vouchers" (redeemable $25 per month for $100 spent on Gas per month)in December, 2008. The vouchers did not START until FEBRUARY, 2009. Turned my vouchers in per the terms in FEBRUARY. Got my first $25 in APRIL, 2009. In MAY, 2009, got a letter from "Advo Solutions Corp, Inc." of La Mesa, CA 91944 saying the program by National Rebate Solutions, LLC was unable to fulfill their obligation. Looked up both companies on the BBB website. Here is what I found for Advo Solutions Corp: Accreditation Revoked On 2/18/2009. The business's accreditation from BBB was revoked. The termination was due to violation of BBB Standard(s) of Accreditation:
Avoid involvement, by the business or its principals, in activities that reflect unfavorably on, or otherwise adversely affect the public image of BBB or its accredited businesses.
In addition, this is what I found for National Rebate Solutions, LLC:
BBB processed a total of 6 complaint(s) about this business since 9/4/2008.
These complaints concerned:
1 regarding Advertising Issues
1 regarding Customer Services Issues
3 regarding Refund Or Exchange Issues

These complaints were closed as:
3 Administratively Closed
1 BBB determined that despite the company’s reasonable effort to address complaint issues, the consumer remained dissatisfied.
2 BBB determined the company provided proper verification that indicated there was no obligation to resolve the issues of the complaint.
2 Company resolved the complaint issues. The consumer failed to acknowledge acceptance to the BBB.
