Time Warner Complaint - Horrible (The Worst) Customer Service
OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS -- I had taken the Time Warner standard cable a month back. A representative came to our place and did the installation. I was not satisfied with the service and hence wanted to disconnect the service. The customer service wanted me to get the devices back to the store in order to get disconnected. I tried to remove the coaxial cable from my TV, but it was tightened up so much that I had hurt myself, but was not able to remove it. This was tightened by the representative who can come for installation.
Hence now it was so tight that I'm not able to remove it. This leads me the option of paying additional $ 20 to call a representative to remove the cable and disconnect the service..
This is the worst thing ever could happen, that I end paying for the rep's mistake of installation.
