Mercantilla.com Complaint - Fraudulent liars

I finally got one of the employees to give me the name of the company where my chair was supposed to come from so I called them and they said they are holding all Mercantila orders because they haven't been paid in 5 months. Mercantila said my order is in processing . They charged my card on June 5th and here it is June 26 and still no chair. I cancelled the order today and wrote them and they said processing will tale 7 to 10 days as soon as they know what type of payment I made, as if they don't know! I cancelled the order with Amish chairs and Mercantila. I continue to hope my card will be credited.

Don't wait and pray, just contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.
