Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Complaint - I don't care for burgers that moo, Ruby Tuesday!
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- Today, a friend and I went to Ruby Tuesday's for lunch. I was craving a Boston Blue Burger. I ordered the burger well done.
When my burger arrived, I cut it in half, as usual. The thing was raw, and I mean RAW, in the middle.
Mind you, I love my steak rare. In fact, its Ok if it moos while I hold it down with my fork. Burgers, however, must be cooked through.
No worries, it happens. I flag my server down, she apologizes and offers to have it redone correctly. I accept and soon a fresh burger is placed in front of me.
This burger, too, was raw in the middle. I am not talking slightly pink, I mean raw. It was burnt on the outside and still cold in the middle.
It seems your cook staff thinks well done means turn up the grill at burn it on the outside. At this point, I am no longer interested in eating and ask for a manager. The manager is polite, apologetic and even offers me free desert.
PLEASE Ruby Tuesday, be sure to teach your cooks how to properly make a well done burger. I have eaten at this location many times without incident so assume you have new staff.
Yours are the ONLY chain burgers I will eat and would really hate to have to stop coming in!
