Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - Horrible Food even worse service
JAMESTOWN, NEW YORK -- I live in Jamestown NY. Today I visited KFC on 2nd st for the first time in years. The last time I had KFC the customer service was very rude and management was no better. I thought after all this time maybe they hired some more polite people. Boy was I wrong, the people that work there were as usual extremely rude. I had to ask them if everyone was new because nobody knew what they were doing. Everyone was standing there waiting for there food while the employees were clueless. They didn't know who ordered what, forgot and skipped ove peoples orders, the manager ended up giving away free food for the inconvience. To make matters worse the place was completely flithy, I had to remind them that they are suppose to clean the tables before sitting down and taking a break enjoying there own food while customers wait. I ordered the 10 piece grilled chicken and while the chicken didn't taste bad the size of the pieces of chicken were ridiculos. A chicken leg looked more like a broken off wing. 10 pieces was more like 3 or 4 decent pieces. When I said something to the manager he was very rude and said the grilled is smaller then the crispy because its not battered. I responded by saying actually you are leading people to believe the crispy is bigger because you bread it but really you getting the same size chicken, he responds by saying yes. I asked how many people a 10 piece should feed and he said 5 because its 2 pieces per person. Well thats a joke. The manager got really nasty and said its not my problem I don't order the chicken if your not happy call the 800 number. Needless to say I should have gone with my instincts and stayed away from KFC. I will never go there again and this time I mean it. The place has not changed a bit. I guess the store fits well with the neighborhood 2nd street trash. They don't feel the need to maintain the restrant or hire staff who are well manored and polite because the neighborhood doesn't have high expectations being the are the same way. In jamestown we call 2nd st "THE GHETTO". Keep up the good work KFC!
