Priceline.com Complaint - Never A Refund Unless Some Dies I Assume
I went to Mexico for dental work. I originally, on my Priceline.com said I would like from 6-21 to 6-24. I decided to change this to 6-23, before my receipt was ever printed out. Every time I changed it and wanted to print out the receipt it went to 6-24 again. I called Priceline and told them about this. The young man said he could cancel everything. I said no it took so long to do this just to keep it this way in case I needed the extra day. He said if I didn't need it to check with the hotel and they could probably refund the extra day if I did not need it. Best Western had no idea what he was talking about. To make a short story really long they, Priceline won't give me the time of day!
I asked for their corporate office address a fellow said no way will he tell me. Thanks For Your Time.
