Citizens Bank Complaint - Not Your Typical Bank... Way, Way Worse

We will always honor our commitment to customers and constantly give them reasons to say "I love dealing with these people." We will treat customers the way we would enjoy being treated all the time. We will know our customers and respond to them rapidly. We will anticipate their need and make it happen."
We will treat customers the way we would enjoy being treated all the time?... Is this really the way they enjoy being treated, with contemptible business red tape and punitive fees?
I am, predictably, looking for a smaller and more personal banking experience.
Good luck staying in business, Citizens Bank. I'm sure that RBS will be divesting of you and your shoddy business ethics before long.
