Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Fedex ripped me off

Fedex is a total rip off they double charged me on shipping rates and refuse to make it good they have been running around about this for three weeks now and I'm getting tired of this I'm just trying to support my family on a limited budget they overdrew my bank account because I was not expecting to pay them twice and those no good CROOKS refuse to pay anything they want to mail me a form to fill out to get the original amount back wich would take about another two weeks but who wants to wait for that it's already been three weeks since this happened I am so frustrated with these people they really are SCUMMY RATS they are just another company trying to screw people out of money they are currently playing the old I didn't get your fax game I HOPE YOU DON'T USE THE NASTY CROOKS

Wow! I feel bad that you feel you've been wronged. More details would be helpful but I'm scared to read the reply again. I know we should just take the review for what it is but really, punctuation would greatly help.

File a dispute with your bank for the extra charge. Make sure you file it in writing.

here is what happened. i shipped a package out at a staffed location. somehow my card was charged twice and for almost two weeks they told me that it was my responsibility to prove that i only sent one package. they finally gave me a fax number, so i sent in the info and they claim they never received the fax. all the info was sent back to them again,they finally agreed to pay the initial amount, but no extra charges. [the bank will not let them slide it has been 3 weeks] the way they want to do this is to mail me a form to fill out and then send it back to them,it would take about 2 weeks. i can't wait that long for my money. i can not afford to pay the overdraft chrges. i was laid off from my job right before christmas, and because i have less income now it is hurting my family. every penny adds up today and this is really hurting me right now.
