My son's laptop quit working 6 weeks ago. Luckily (we THOUGHT) we purchased an EXTENDED WARRANTY from DELL. Well, DON'T BOTHER! I have done nothing but waste HOURS on the phone talking to different reps, who have ALL promised to send me new discs, new hard drives, etc. THEY NEVER SHIP ANYTHING. And when I call to get a supervisor I am placed on hold for long periods of time and then transferred to different departments with NO supervisor waiting to speak to me. I do NOT have 2 hours per night to spend on the phone talking to a call center employee in another country that isn't really going to do anything to help me. Piss poor customer service if you ask me.
