car insurance (IT's AIG!!!) - Complaint
We paid for the best policy in auto insurance. So, we were very surprised when our car was side swiped and 21st Century (AIG) failed to represent us properly. They questioned the damages to our vehicle, retracted their first estimate, and failed to settle for the damages to our vehicle. We would not recommend this company to anyone! They will NOT represent you well.

My family used to like 21st Century. After they were bought out by AIG they went downhill just like that. Voted helpful.
