Chase Manhattan Bank Complaint - Loyalty comes with a price
I too, am livid over the recent "increase" in my minimum due each month going from 2 to 5 percent. I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and to be treated this way makes me furious. I pay on time, usually pay more than the minimum due and quite honestly feel deceived! Get this, for the month of June I was offered a "payment holiday" for the month. I paid towards my balance anyway. Then I receive the nice little notice about the increase I have no choice over that comes into effect in one month. And after years of loyalty-with my credit history...I had other choices, this is way they treat you. The price I will pay for loyalty will most likely be bankruptcy. Makes me sick! And all the gentleman at customer service could tell me was "he was sorry" and offered me two different consumer debt agency phone numbers.
