Taco Bell Complaint - Manager needed, not a kid!
TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- The kid (manager) had a radio in the working area blasting away so loud it was overpowering the music in the dining area, and to top it all off, the crew was singing just as loud.
I asked the teen (soon to find out he was the manager) if he thought it was good customer service to have the music that loud? After he said "huh"? Three ( 3 ) times he finally asked if it offended me? I asked once again if he thought it was good customer service to have the music that loud in the work area? He said I'm sorry if it has offended you. He proceeded to turn the music in the back down ( a little ) and then turn the music in the dining room up so loud I couldn't hear my wife talking to me across the table! And to top it off, after five ( 5 ) minutes later, he turned the music in the dinning room up even more! This poor older woman had to yell her order to the person at the regester! While the " manager" was Visable to myself and enjoying hiself laughing with hlthe other employee's!
Just because a person is 18 yrs of age, (if he was even 18) that doesn't mean he/she is mature enough to become a manager!
I will never be back and I will sure spread the word to my friends and family to choose another place to spend there hard earned money...
I guess this is what happens when kids are left without adults to supervise! What a consept, a supervisor!!
