Travelocity Complaint - Travelocity Canceled My Trip Without Notice
I booked my tickets with Travelocity and received a confirmation e-mail. I printed the e-mail and gave this to my Dad so he had the trip details. On the day of my trip I signed into my Travelocity account to pring an intinery for my travels. My trip was no where to be found. I called Travelocity and provided the trip ID number from the confirmation e-mail. They told me I canceled my trip. I was dumbfounded - I booked the trip for my sister and I. Her ticket was in place but mine was not. They said I canceled the trip at 3:17pm on 5-27. The confirmation e-mail that they sent to me was dated 5-27 at 4:37pm. They refused to rebook the trip at the price indiciated with my trip ID number. They told me I could pay $655 for the trip I booked at $293. I was on hold for more than an hour trying to reach a conclusion but to no avail.
