Best Buy Complaint - Geek Squad-Watse of Time, Effort and Money!!!
Waited 4 weeks to receive my computer back from repairs. At pick up the computer and it still didn't operate properly, the technician told me that they repaired and replaced hardware issues and the reason it wouldn't load the operating system was that it was corrupt and needed to be re-installed. They would would do it for an additional charge, I decline. I took the system home and tried to re-load the OS system and of course it had the same problems that I took it in for initially. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY and EFFORT
