Orbitz Complaint - Poor Customer Service
Just wanted to say that Orbitz has terrible customer service. Give you wrong or incomplete information and make promises that they have no intention of keeping. After getting wrong info when a date change for a return flight was requested that took two days, the cost of the fare was so high and the costs added to change were put on it was less expensive to get another ticket one way. After purchasing the ticket realized that the not only was the cost of the flight higher with Orbitz than their competitor they included a trip insurance using scam marketing(oops you forgot to UNCHECK before purchasing). Would not use them again to make travel arrangements. Takes too many calls and too many promises to get things resolved.
