My Pet Haven Complaint - What a crock~
I ordered pet hangers from this company they came and I didn't like them (to small and cheap). So I called and requested a refund under their "customer satisfaction guarantee". I received an email so sarcastic and degrading I was floored. We wrote back and forth, there were issues with the content of their website and information being accurate that I had to point out. I am sure that was embarrassing! They kept a restock fee which the hangers were not listed as an item to be charged this fee? In short I had to lose $15 for this purchase, bottom line they are rude and sarcastic and do not care about their customers as written.
