Slickcar.com Complaint - Slickcar.com will rip you off!
SUNRISE, FLORIDA -- Ordered a wheel for my 2000 camaro from slickcar.com on June 15th and was told it would ship "immediately".
a week passed and no wheel arrived.
i called slickcar.com's "customer service" and was then told that the wheel was not in stock, and they would paint one "immediately" and ship it "tonight".
i called the next day asking for a tracking number, and customer service said the wheel was still being painted, no tracking number available.
another week passed, and a wheel painted the wrong color arrived.
i called slickcar.com customer service and they again said that they'd have to paint a wheel and it would ship "immediately".
well...it's been another week and still no wheel.
i called customer service and was told a tracking number would be available "tomorrow".
i called the next day asking for a tracking number and was told it was not available.
i asked for the manufacturer of the wheel's info and phone number, and was told that I couldn't have that information.
i then asked for a supervisor to speak to, and was told that they would not allow me to speak to a supervisor, and "calling everyday asking for a tracking number is pointless".
the customer service representative then threatened to cancel my order and threatened me personally.
i hung up and filed a claim with pay-pal to retrieve my money.
DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH SLICKCAR. COM
YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
