Mattress Depot (Mesquite, Texas) Complaint - Bad Customer service
MESQUITE, TEXAS -- I purchased a prescription mattress at this particular store on June 29, 2009, the brand name which is irrelevant and was not happy with it. My wife & I wanted it exchanged for a better quality but the owner/manager (Chance) gave us a run-around of their company policy relative to returns/exchanges which we were not provided a copy in the first place. We engaged in a heated argument as expected from disappointed customers but instead of adDressing the issue he threw us out of his store and threaten me, my wife and my 10 year old daughter that he is going to call the police when there was not even a verbal or physical threat hurled against him. I called their finance company and solicited help although they have nothing to do with it regarding the exchange but this individual was adamant of not entertaining our request at all and even does not want us to go back to his store unless it's a warranty issue which for God's sake as I intimated earlier has nothing to do with the product per se at all. I am lodging this review hoping that consumers will be aware with how bad a customer service this store has. Again, let me reiterate that it has nothing to do with the products they sell but the attitude of this particular individual. We don't need people to do business in our community with this kind of attitude. It sucks!!! It's bad enough that we are desperate to adDress our back problems and have this experience equally bad as well.
