Not real sure about this one. If it is truly a customer service contact it may prove to be beneficial.

I went to their website and it appears to have many products for sale. But you must jump through hoops just to get a price. Apparently you must send them an inquiry to get a price and wait for a response. Not really something I would do. If you are not up front with the price what else is not up front?
