Sears Complaint - Not delivered as promised
We purchased an LG fridge 0n May 28th, ours leaks. We were given a delivery date of June 12. On June 12, we were called, told it was not in the warehouse (after planning work days around it). Rescheduled to July 3rd, called on July 3rd, told it was not in the warehouse (again, after planning our day around delivery). Called this morning, July 5th, asked if we want to re-order for delivery date of July 30th! Re-order? We just want the item we ordered and paid for on May 28! No acknowledgment of their inability to deliver. One person we spoke to said our item showed delivered in their records! A retail representative we spoke to this morning (7/5) said they'd call Chicago and have answer one way or another for us in 48 hours.
No need. We found the item for less elsewhere with delivery tomorrow. Can not recommend Sears.
