Have written several emails and have heard nothing back. Item has not arrived after 4 weeks. I will change this if it ever arrives or they answer me.

How did you pay for your item? If you paid via PayPal, file a dispute with them. If you paid using a credit card directly, dispute the charges with your credit card company.
