ComEd Complaint - Terrible Customer Service

ComEd has terrible customer service. I have contacted ComEd several times to let them know they've been sending my bill to the wrong address for the past two years. I lost track of what the bill was and before I knew it my cost was 600. When I tried to work out a payment plan they refused. However, they somehow figured out where I lived when it was time to turn services off. I paid the bill in full and had to wait five days for restore of my services. Which I was told miss information that my services will be turned on in an hour. I have no faith in our electric services.
Because ComEd is the only company we can go to for services, customers are miss treated tremendously.
