Vistaprint.com Complaint - Non-Existing Customer Service

I have worked with Vistaprint.com for over a year now and til last week I have been very satifisfied with their product. In the past, when I had a question/concern, I would contact them on their 1800 number and would get help right away. But now things have changed. They have updated their web site, and their customer service as well. I placed an order last Friday, the order did not give me any other options of shipping besides standard shipping. I thought I could change it later. I tried calling their 1800 number, the 1800 number is a complete joke, it takes the consumer through a loop, the consumer never gets to a live person, the toll free number further advises the consumer to "look for" a HELP email address on their help files ONLINE, email address that does not exist.
I replied to their order confirmation email, with no response.

Needless to say I am going to have to wait their standard shipping for a product I can get at my local printing company with no shipping delays.
Completely unsatisfied. Would not recomment vistaprint to anyone else.
