BabyAge.com Complaint - Poor Customer Service And Horrible Product Presentation On Their Website!
WILKES-BARRE, PENNSYLVANIA -- I was searching for a Lavender/Sage color bedding set and found "Sweet Dream" 4 pc set on BabyAge site. I ordered, waited for two weeks and guess what I got?!!! A bright pink bedding with birds on it!! When I called customer service they told me that they will contact me to schedule a pick up time for the package and then replace it with the correct item. Then I got an email to print a label and take the package to the FedEX!! So inconvenient and so unprofessional that they said something on the phone and did something else. This is not all, I called to find out about the replacement and they told me that the picture on the website is wrong and they don't have a replacement for me!
They did not communicate this to me and I had to call, they put me on hold for a while to speak to someone then I found out that is no such a product (Lavender/Sage) for replacement!
Very poor customer service and website. Will not recommend them. I lost my trust in this retail store.
