Sprint PCS Complaint - Sprint is EXTREMELY Inconsiderate.
On Sunday(7/05/2009) I went into the Sprint store to have my keyboard on my phone fixed as my function key stopped working. The tried to fix it but found out they couldn't. They then issued me a replacement phone that was "NEW" (lol) I got 5 minutes from the store and tried to make a text and the replacements phones keyboard was more messed up than my original as half of it didn't work. I took it back in they looked at it and said "we have to order you a new one" So two days go past and I go into the store today and get my 2nd replacement. This phone is even worse then the previous one as the whole keyboard does not work. I showed them and they tried to fix that one as well. They then came back and said well we have to order another one. I say so can I at least get the previous on back because I can half-way text on it. The answer was no, because the ticket was already in. I told them and showed them there was no way for me to text or use my net on it and they say well use the on screen keyboard. I don't pay a monthly bill to just get a "replacement" phone to use it how they want me to. I have called Sprint but got no help, I have called the store but got no help. Why is it that they can inconvenience a paying customer and not care about resolving your issue then and there. I asked for another phone even of lessor value and was told NO.
