Self Complaint - phone service very poor

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I am amazed at the lack of professionalism and organization of this outfit.
I have paid my account in advance and still this company shows a negative balance therefore refusing to open my lines up.My monies have cleared my bank however the system never applied my payments towards my account freeing up my lines hence leaving me unable to communicate with a friend.

I have a Fifty dollar limit and my last pre- payment was two hundred and fifty eight. they show the payment yet state I owe two hundred and forty dollars and on andother call I am told I owe one hundred and forty seven.

This makes no sence!!!!! Thus far I have paid this company over one thousand and six hundred dollars in a three month period.

And... to date, can not receive any calls!!!!
Thanks for the forum to vent!!! The price is two high $12.95 per every ten minute call! RIP OFF!!!
