24hourfitness Complaint - Bad customer service
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Well, I would say that 24hourfitness has a bad customer service from the manager in the club till the customer service employee. I feel so regret about purchasing a membership card as a gift for my fiancee because I bought a 2 years membership at Costco, and Costco sent me a certificate so my fiancee can come to any club to register. Then, we went to a club by Dairy Ashford, Houston, Texas. We met a manager guy who sell the membership to customer. He greeted us without "How are you?" because he saw we were holding the paper to register and may be he knew that he can make money from us. Therefore, he kept doing over all the paperwork while he was eating by hand and look at me that he was hungry. When he finished all the paperwork, he handed to my fiancee all the papers and ask for a signature without any explanation. My fiancee had to keep asking him about the procedure because he is new with this club. We totally disappointed with the way of the 24hourfitness treated us because even we did not buy the membership from that club, we still spent money for this company. What a bad customer service I ever had and we don't recommend to everybody to come to this club.
