Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast the Jerks
There are words I would like to use but won't to express my dislike and contempt for this company. My biggest complaint is lack of customer service. They are a "front Line" company. I have searched high and low to find a phone number and contact with in this company to speak with OTHER than the front line personal. I have yet to ever speak to a manager about my concerns and complaints. There is an attitude of Oh well, if you don't like it, go blank yourself.
I have been a Comcast customer for years, but NO LONGER. Their price just keeps going up and up and up theirs. You can NOT find anyone to even express you dislike to. I have never come to hate a company as much as I do this on.
So try this one one on. On their bill they show me chared $3.00 for my "high speed internet" $92.00 for my "digital preferred" and $56.00 in other charges. I call them and ask what my cost would be for internet ONLY, they say $61.00. So I ask what would be be the cost for just cable TV. They say $139. I said I want the new service being offered for $99.00 for everything for two years. They say I can't because I am a current customer. I said I quit and will call you in a week and reconnect. They say I can't
So my question is, what are you billing me for and where do you get your pricing from. Like I said, I hate this company with all I got making the change as I type. Good by Comcast
