C&H International Complaint - Selling old tickets

I bought a ticket threw ATI which they bought from C&H International. The original ticket was bought in 2008 then they reissued the ticket to me in 2009 but by then the ticket was already expired. My trip has been canceled because I was sold an expired ticket. ATI and C&H International are telling me that the ticket is not expired but Delta will not let me fly because it is. All three of these companies treat the consumer, me horrible. No one has any answers just transfers me from person to person. I would avoid these companies if you ever plan on traveling internationally.

If you paid by credit card, dispute the charge.

If they don't refund your debit card, you should sue them in small claims court for a refund and for all of the additional money you lost (such as non-refundable hotel room and transportation deposits).
