Sprint Complaint - Phone Pre-Payment
MICHIGAN -- I prepay so my son (an inmate) can call me collect, but it takes Sprint 2 to 4 weeks to post the payment. Twice I have traced it for $12 each time, then, of course, they find it and post it and he can call. Also, his calls to me cost 3 times more than to other area codes. How can they get away with this? They don't answer any questions. Any advice would be welcome!
