3E COCA COLA (GREECE) Complaint - REPLACEMENT OF REFRIGERATOR

KALAMATA GREECE -- I HAVE A RESTAURANT-CATERING IN GREECE AND SPECIFIC IN KALAMATA. I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE OF CUSTOMERS TO YOUR SUBSIDIARY COMPANY"COCA-COLA 3E" WHICH IS IN GREECE.
FROM 22/11/2008 THEY TOOK THE OLD COMPANY'S REFRIGERATOR TO RENEW IT AND THEY HAVEN'T SEND A NEW ONE TILL 08/07/09.WE HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES AND THEY HAVE NEVER TOLD US AN EXPLANATION WHY THEY DON' T GIVE US A NEW ONE.
I WILL APPRECIATE IF YOU GIVE US A SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM.
I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOY SOON.

Call your local rep and tell them that you will discontinue using their product if they don't return it. Maybe Pepsi will give you a fridge if you stock their product.

I'm confused did you recieve a new fridge on 8/7/09 or not? Your complaint it very hard to understand, and you may want to consider not using all caps its really rude.

I think he means that they haven't sent a new one as of 7/8/09. Time to give up.
