Communication telecom International Complaint - Bad business practices
FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- On 09/19/08 I purchased fifteen phones from this company in the amount of $4930.00 for resale and within less than a month a Nokia 7610 and Samsung F430 failed. I returned the two phones to the VP MOSHE LEVY who pretended that he couldn't even remember the transaction but advised that he will have to send the defective phones back to the factory and could not offer either a refund nor exchange. After four months of calling I finally referred the matter to the local Better Business Bureau with little success. In April of 2009 I finally reached Moshe Levy who advised that he knew nothing about this matter and furthermore, he was no longer involved with the company. It should be noted that as of today's date he's still listed as the VP on the website. I then called the number listed on the invoice with no response and later learnt that the company had moved with no forwarding address. I was also able to contact a former employee (who wants to remain anonymous) who advised that Moshe Levy is not an honourable business man and finds excuses whenever he has to face a customer using tactics like he's out of office and can't be reached after taking your money. To date I have not been able to recover neither a refund nor the phones. My next move will be Small Claims court and I trust I will find others who will join me. ONE WORD OF ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM MOSHE LEVY and CTI.....you will regret it.
