Sabana Windows Construction Supply materials - Complaint
CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA -- Sabana Windows has terrible service and follow through. They do not return calls or emails and put you on hold until you hang up. Once paid all services seem to stop. They still owe me many items. The glass broke in 6 windows, the tint failed in 90% of the windows. I ordered Stainless Steel Hinges and they sent steel with one coat of latex and they rusted within weeks. Promises to fix and replace many items are still outstanding after being promised by the President that all would be fixed in 2 weeks ( that was months ago). He does not respond. They promised 90 day delivery and it was 9 months and incomplete then. I am 1.5 years past the order date. All of these extra costs have been paid for by me and they do not respond with assistance, or a credit.
I would look anywhere but here as my Contractor and I have had the worst experience of any company we have dealt with. Buyer Beware in this case.

I recommend that you sue them in small claims court, unless damages are over $5,000, in which case you should sue in civil court.

We had a similar experience, wish all disatisfied customers could get together to have company investigated by the feds!
