Have been a Quest customer for years and have had trouble almost from day one. Have the bundle problem thought it would be easier one bill for satellite wireless internet and phone sounds good right.... WRONG they mess up the bill almost every time.... Then when you call to talk to someone about it they can't understand how it happened... Then customer service that's a joke all they want to do is defend QUEST... every company makes mistakes. But not every month...

PROBLEMS CONTINUE EVERY MONTH. PLAN ON CANCELING TODAY...
