South 75 Dodge Complaint - Horrible Car Dealership

DRY RIDGE, KENTUCKY -- So I went to this dealership and purchased a Chrysler 300C for $36000. Within 2 weeks, the car had dropped oil and transmission fluid all over my garage floor. Needless to say, I was a little upset. We took the car to the dealer and waited and waited and waited. They wouldn't return our phone calls, and then they said they would have to wait 4-5 days to get the part that was needed. We called another dealer, who had the part in stock, but when we questioned our dealer about getting it from them so we could have our $36000, brand new car to drive, they once again didn't return our phone calls, and quite frankly did not care. The more we pressed them, even eventually going in to personally confront the manager, the more they refused to do anything to fix our car. Eventually, I guess we bugged them too much, so they told us to come get our car altogether, and refused to repair it at all! How's that for quality service?? Sell us a lemon, and then refuse to honor the warranty! We called Chrysler, and they didn't even care!

Said the dealer could do what they wanted! Not only would I NOT recommend this dealer, I would NOT recommend Chrysler at all! No wonder they were nearly out of business, and I had to bail them out, even after they screwed me!
