RESCUECOM Complaint - Billed 3x over actual quote

My husband and I received a quote to fix our computers over the phone from RescueCom. When our Bank Account was shown to us, RescueCom had billed us the same amount 3 times. When I called in the first time, a gentleman looked up my information and told me one of the tickets weren't closed properly and I was billed a second time by mistake. He stated that the third charge was a bank error and should of not been a charge but a pre=authorization. After speaking to my bank, I was told it was a charge and RescueCom was at fault. When calling in a second time, Customer Service told me they would replace one charge due to their error. I was then given the reason that since the tech helped us with 3 computers that the second charge was for that. I guess it depends on who you speak with when you get your quote and who does billing with this company. If you use RescueCom for tech support, which I encourage you not to do, keep an eye on your checking account because you will be paying at least twice the amount they quote you!

Next time you pay for service online use a credit card. Debit charges are hard to recover.
