Lingo Complaint - Fraud

I used Lingo for last one year and when I tried to cancel their service because they increase my charges without informing me then they ask me for $99.00. They never mentioned before that $99.00. I was really surprised. Basically they are cheating their customer. Not only that they don't want to give anything written. They don't even give you any written service agrement. They are doing basically cheating business.

THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!

I found the number of a senior management person at Primus Telecommunications (Lingo) on this website .... +1-703-902-2810. Call and see if this helps or at least give them a piece of your mind. After all they decide the policies, systems and find such pathetic customer service staff! Its time they get a wake up call.
