Chase Manhattan Bank Complaint - Another lost customer
I called Chase to find out why my interest rate had risen seeing as I was a good ontime paying customer. I was told it was the economy and a business decision. I told them to cancel the card and that way we wouldn't be worrying about their interest rate anymore. I also pointed out that they assumed a mortgage loan I have on an investment property when they absorbed WaMu and if they continued to treat me like a piggy bank, they will find that paid off too. They can count on ZERO profits from me if they continue to be unwilling to accept reasonable profits.
