Conn's Appliances Complaint - 5 Days/15 Calls To Get A Promise Of Refund
I ordered an air conditioner to be picked up locally from the Conns website. It turns out there aren't any in stock like the website said. I was also told by a local mgr that my card wouldn't be charged unless I came in, picked it up and presented the CCard. Baloney.
They charged the full amount immediately to my card. I hadn't even picked the item up yet!
But all that is nothing compared to the 15 phone calls, twice hung up on, twice lied to, by the customer service department of dubious quality and training. It was too much for these ghetto chicks to actually do any work, they had to lie to me, ask stupid questions and then hang up on me when they got caught. Cheap little trash. No wonder you're in phone support, you can't get a real job huh? Not hiring at Whataburger?
