EL CERRITO, CALIFORNIA -- I have never dealt with such a kind of misbehave from any store. The sales women were talking with each other while they were checking out my stuffs and they might have put my items into other customer's cart. I found things missing from my cart while I was putting them into my car from the trolley. When I went back to ask for it, the sales people, including the customer service manager behaved very rudely saying that I had already taken it home and was asking for it again. I was also told by the manager that once the trolley was out they were not responsible for any missing items. But I disagree, since Costco sales staff check out all the items from the trolley by themselves. What's the use of having two staff taking care of checking out customers' items and also verifying at the door ? I do not like to say it's a general mistake everyone makes but I would rather say it's carelessness.
