Improvement direct Complaint - LIARS - MONTE CARLO MING DYNASTY CEILING FAN

I HAD ORDERED A MONTE CARLO MING DYNASTY CEILING FAN AT AN EXCELLENT PRICE. IMPROVEMENT DIRECT CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. ONE WEEK LATER, I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THAT THE FAN WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THIS FAN IS AVAILABLE ON MULTIPLE SITES. FOR WHATEVER REASON, IMPROVEMENT DIRECT DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THE PRICE, NOR ORDER.

THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND POOR CONSUMER RELATIONS. THE FAN REMAINS LISTED AS AVAILABLE ON THE COMPANY WEBSITE.

If they're saying its no longer available from the manufacturer, it has nothing to do with honoring the price. Even if other sites have the fan, they probably cannot get one from the manufacturer.
