American Airlines Complaint - Refunds Department never picks up phone
TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- American Airlines charged me for a ticket that I never bought. I have contacted my bank as well as American Airlines and a few months later American Airlines send me a letter in May indicating that they already gave me a refund in March. I have never received anything.
The refunds department has a phone number and the automated message gives you the option to talk to a representative, but if you choose this option, you hear that they are too busy at this time and they end the call. I have called on several days at different times, but always the same message for the last 2 months!
They also have a fax number and I have faxed them ore than 10 times, but they never respond to my letters. I do not know what to do anymore! HOW CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE OF THE REFUNDS DEPARTMENT?
I am thinking about going over to Tulsa, where the department is located, but I am not sure if they will be willing to talk to me.
