Target Complaint - Return Policy
GRAFTON, WISCONSIN -- This evening I was shoppping briefly @ Target when I noticed the comforter set I purchased for my grandson, exactly 14 days ago, was on clearance (1/2 off). I returned home to look for my receipt. I found it, called Target Customer Service & told the representative I had paid full price & it was now on clearance; could I get an adjustment. I was told "absolutely; bring in your receipt". I returned to the store, the same representative waited on me & said "oh, the computer says there are no adjustments allowed on this item." He called the manager on duty & she said, "Target policy is no adjustments on clearance items." I suggested that perhaps Target employees should be made aware of this policy! I was handed a "commnet card" & 2 -$3 apology coupons (not exactly the $40+ I should have gotten).
