Chick-fil-A Inc. Complaint - Meal was not complete
HOUSTON,, TEXAS -- Dear Management:
I purchased two meals and one 8 pack nugget on Fri. 7/10/09 when I returned home which is about 6 miles from this particular chick-fil-a (hwy 6 and bellaire, in houston, tx) the sandwich part of one meal was not in the bag. I called the take out back and was told to come in and pick-up another, I informed the girl I was not about to drive 6 miles again one-way but I would pick it up tomorrow which was Saturday.
When I did return on Saturday your manager or whomever asked me did I pick the sandwich up in the morning, which made no sense at all and she was unprofessional in her approach to me and my son; her name was (Grazel Gimerinaz?) I think the hispanic at the location English was not clear when I called back. Also, the day I order $15.00 worth of food the window had blacks in cow printed shirts. I do not have money issues and this manager approach me like I drove 6 miles to get a free sandwish. My 15 yr. old son eats your meals everyday, I and my husband maybe 3 times a week, not anymore, if you can afford to have a manager working for you who approaches customer in that manner I can afford to eat chicken elsewhere. Overall, I loved your chicken, but in these economic times you a business cannot afford employees like this, it will de-value your business and the bottom line which is MONEY.
