National floors direct Complaint - Questionable flooring
Once national floors direct gets their flooring in your home there customer service skills completely go out the window. I have had problems with my laminate floor in the kitchen and they don't return your calls, only after you call yelling do they send someone to fix the floor, but the reason for my letter is I bought a carpet in February 2009 and in may 2009 I started having problems with pulls in my carpet, at first they fixed the first three pulls in the carpet, but now after several phone calls not returned, and a lot of yelling, I was told that because I have a dog that she was causing all the pulls in the rug, when I explained that it all happen from the vacuum cleaner am I not supposed to vacuum the carpet? The manager did not want to hear that nor did he want to hear that there could be a defect in the carpet (which I believe is) I have half the carpet still left that was never installed and that's falling apart with several pulls in it. Where do they get there carpet? The manager advised me for an additional $400 he could replace the carpet or for more $ put in a plush carpet if that were the case I would simply just go somewhere else and take my chance there. Please be careful with the product that you buy.
