Acer Africa Complaint - Non Delivery/Service

I am very disappointed with Acer service. We are a computer retailer and were given a quotation for a keyboard replacement for a laptop and were given a quote in writing. This was paid only to find that 13 days later nothing has been done as there was supposed to be a courier charge. At no stage was the courier charge even mentioned and nobody bothered to inform us that there was an underpayment. We were not aware that the product had not been sent.

The customer complaint management system online does not work. It keeps bombing out!!!
