Charter Communications Complaint - Crappy Charter Service
MA, MASSACHUSETTS -- The word customer service does not exist with this company. I have been trying to change my father in laws account over into my name (the same household)
except that my father in law is in the old soldiers
home and really is not watching a lot of Charter Cable. I asked at least 25 times to speak to a supervisor in the U.S. and I was transferred to Hadji and usually hung up on. Two months ago, I did manage to talk someone in the US. They changed the account and they agreed to replace my DVR. The very next morning they came and changed my DVR. The technician did a great job. This leaves me with only one problem, the first one. I still cannot get anyone to fix the problem with the account. This company is in bankruptcy, you would think they would want to keep the customers they have.
