Priceline.com Complaint - Do not assume ANYTHING!
When you search for a hotel, flight, car rental or package on Priceline.com DO NOT assume that the information on the website is correct. From the Star Rating, Distance from Landmarks to additional fees PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO YOUR HOMEWORK and call that company 1st because no matter whether you have them dead to rights that the information is incorrect, once they have charged your card you might as well kiss your sanity and money goodbye. I spent 4 hours back and forth with a SO CALLED Customer Support Specialist they refused to change our hotel even though the site states that it's half the distance from the Landmark which we requested to be near. So now it's an additional 4 mile walk each day just to get to and from the event. The representative, Sandy #852481 said the distance from the Landmark was irrelevant! What was supposed to be hotel close to Universal Studios is across the street from the BACK of the convention Center in Orlando and the 2.9 distance is an actual over 5 miles.
I give Priceline.com Zip Stars, Nada, No star Rating. They totatly fail as a reliable company to do business with.
