AT&T Complaint - The Bigger They Get The Worse They Are
I'm sure from their point of view putting the customer in harms way by forcing them to return equipment saves them money. My nightmare started when I quit them. I wasted a half a day and drove about 40 miles trying to turn their junk into UPS. They brought it they should pick it up. Now I'm being charged $795 for equipment not being received back. I dropped it to ups as instructed, the control number would not work for the ups store clerk. I trusted ups to follow thru and a half hour later a conversation with the clerk I was told it was resolved and the equipment was enroute. He was supposed to send me a letter confirming that fact but didn't. Now a month later I'm being billed. AT&T will never again be allowed in my home or business and I will twitter each and everyday until I get satisfaction. What a damn nightmare.
Every time I get conned into trying their new and improved products I get screwed. They do not belong in the consumer business. PERIOD.
