Taco Bell Complaint - They Just Don't Care
TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- A while back my wife and I both called the corp Taco Bell office @ 800-tacobell to complain about the service given by the manager, did I say manager? I ment the little boy playing manager since all the other adults in the company have been promoted to district managers or there community service time was over.
The lady on the phone seemed to be very conserned about the poor manor we were treated and asured us it would be looked into. They took our phone number, address, and even the amount we spent. Thinking they may give us a refund since our meal was trashed... How wrong we were! A simple letter stating how sorry they were we had crappy service. That's it, no check, not even a coupon to try another roach filled Taco Bell.
I now understand why we, the public get such crapy service, it seems like its taught from the public relation department down to the 17 year old managers not to care about customer service. Maybe if we are lucky, the pimple faced manager passed his history exam in summer school, and his little girlfriend gave him a little smooch before work, we might get half our order right, and when we bring the wrong order to his attention, maybe he won't hack up a loogey in the replacement food.
No more Taco Bell for us @ the North Pearl Street in Tacoma WA!
